Spring?

sunspot1

Scratch that, after a few clear days it's been snowing all day today again.
Winter is giving it one last try!

sunspot2

But I'm wearing flowers and enjoying the unexpected sunspots on my pictures...
Spring will arrive eventually!

This vintage leather skirt I picked up when one of my favourite second hand shops was closing down became one of my most worn pieces. As well as trasporting me to the 70s, it's keeping me warm while the last breath of winter lasts.

sunspot5

By the way, at the moment the below picture is a much closer representation to how I actually look like when I walk the streets of Budapest... With an extra pullover and a huge scarf added. :)

Wearing: Thrifted blouse and leather skirt, H&M flowers, Calzedonia tights,
Promod boots, New Yorker coat.

One of my classmates has been to Budapast last week (we all had a week off!) and she told me about the sunny weather they've had. I'll tell her how it's up there now tomorrow, haha. She's been lucky!

And isn't it great when you upload your photo and you find all this pretty light in them? I've had that with the close-ups from my last phoos too and I just LOVE it! xo Nikki

I totally love this combo. All the black, the sheer shirt. And the bright flowers in your hair is the perfect accent.

Haha, I'm glad we can all admit that we really walk about with three more layers than when we take our photos. I keep thinking, "if it were warmer, THIS is how I'd dress." You look lovely--if that doesn't usher in spring, I don't know what will.

Oh well, at least this is what I look like when I'm at work, indoors - it's just that outside I need some more warm layers on. :)

Wow the light in the photos! This is what I noticed again when i was in Budapest last week: no matter what weather, you have the most beautiful light and most beautiful blue sky there! :)
And your outfit is so pretty too, I love the elegant black with the pop of spring florals and the red lipstick, so nice!
Btw I will be back to Budapest from March the 19th until the beginning of April, yay :)

It didn't snow here in Portugal this year (only on the really high spots, of course) which makes a bit sad! The sun is here since January and it looks like is going to stay. Winter doesn't likes Portugal! xD

Btw, I really adore you pretty blouse!!
